Latest Reported Judgments of Superior Courts which interpret the laws are fundamental requirement of Bar as well as Bench. Despite of establishment of Islamabad High Court, Islamabad and a number of Constitutional Tribunals in Islamabad, there was no Islamabad Based Law Journal for the publication of reported judgments.

Keeping in view the requirement of legal fraternity of Islamabad to search the latest judgments of Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan, Honorable Islamabad High Court, Islamabad, Honourable Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan and Honourable Constitutional Tribunals in Islamabad; we have procured Declaration u/s 6 of “The Press, Newspaper, News Agency and Book Registration Ordinance, 2002 (Amended) 2007” for Publication of Monthly Law Journal in English Language titled as “Islamabad Law Reports (ILR) Islamabad”.

Beside this, the law journal has a separate section for statutes and a general section of Legal Articles to provide legal awareness to the Public at Large. It is necessary to mention here that ILR Islamabad is Pioneer Monthly Law Journal in Islamabad for reported judgments of Honourable Superior Courts and Tribunals.

Now instant website is being launched to enhance the scope of legal research on various topics of law in user friendly manner. This is also first step toward the Legal Journalism which is neglected field in Pakistan despite of the fact the modern world has recognized this Specialized and Independent field for coverage of legal issues since long.
